Before consulting, I spent over seven years in B2B SaaS — as an AE, Senior AE, and Director of Sales — learning what actually moves deals forward.

At GlacierGrid, I served as Director of Sales, building the sales org and GTM motion for an IoT energy management platform targeting restaurant operators. At Therma, I was a Senior AE closing multi-unit restaurant and hospitality accounts. Earlier, at Joyride, I spent three years in B2B sales developing the account management and new business skills that still underpin everything I do today.

I've contributed to $29M in Seed and Series A funding through demonstrated sales traction, and personally closed over $10M in deals. I know what "good" looks like in a SaaS sales org — because I've built it from the inside.
